You can do all this either in the EMEX LLP office or directly from our website by paying for the service with a credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD) and uploading an electronic copy of a signed agreement and the identity card of the addressee on a special page. Please note that you can upload documents on our website only after payment for the services with a credit card.
You can also send us an electronic copy of the agreement and a copy of the identity card of the addressee to email@example.com with a twelve-digit FedEx waybill number for registration of which you paid. You can upload or send documents in jpg, bmp, png or pdf.
By submitting an agreement signed by the addressee and a copy of the identity card, you give the right to our customs representative to use your personal data for customs clearance purposes.
Customs declaration of freights includes filling the passenger customs declaration form, preparation of documents for the declaration and their submission to the customs authorities, presentation of goods for inspection to the customs authorities if necessary.
Registration of the passenger customs declaration may take from one to three business days.
The client can equally enter into an agreement for customs declaration with any other customs representative.
