Cargo means transport, equipment, goods, items, things, etc. Any of these goods has a commodity and \/ or material value from the customs point of view.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The state, represented by customs, needs to know: who and what moves across the border, what commercial and material <strong>value<\/strong> and <strong>purpose<\/strong> it has, and whether it is allowed to be taken out of or brought into the country. So, the state controls the internal and external economic activities of businesses and citizens, including smuggling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The movement of most goods across countries\u2019 borders within the EAEU customs union does not require any special bureaucracies &#8211; this is the main purpose of the organization. Things are different with goods from other countries that are not included in this union: the customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan requires recipients and senders to declare such goods.
